Ash S. Khosrowshahi

Mr. Khosrowshahi has devoted his legal career to representing Plaintiffs against their employers, landlords, and the government, in enforcing their rights under the United States Constitution.
Mr. Khosrowshahi received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2013. He received his Bachelors of Science in Mathematics with Honors and Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy with Department Citation from the University of California, Davis in 2009.
Experience
Mr. Khosrowshahi started his legal career at the Federal Public Defender, Eastern District of California, where he independently managed a large caseload. Mr. Khosrowshahi’s civil litigation experience focuses on wrongful termination claims in violation of FEHA, Public Policy claims and wage & hour violations. True to his beliefs in helping the underdog, Mr. Khosrowshahi dedicates his time to various non-profits, including the American Civil Liberties Union and Bet Tzedek Legal Services.

Mr. Khosrowshahi is a National Lawyers Guild, Sacramento Chapter Board Member, as well as the National Lawyers Guild Housing Committee Chair.
