Kelsi Grau is an Associate Attorney at Falakassa Law, P.C. Her work includes handling all aspects of litigation in employment law matters. Kelsi received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, magna cum laude, from California State University, Northridge. She then graduated from Southwestern Law School in 2022 with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law. During law school, Kelsi devoted her studies to employment law, helping found the Labor and Employment Law Society. Since then, Kelsi has kept her passion for employee rights alive by continuing to zealously advocate for her clients in all aspects of employment law.

As a former associate at a boutique law firm specializing in employment, Kelsi obtained experience litigating employment matters from inception to resolution. Before that, Kelsi was a law clerk for the Honorable Sabrina M. McKenna at the Supreme Court of Hawaii, where she handled a wide range of matters, including civil, family, and criminal law.
