After serving as a teacher in Taiwan, Mr. Lang pursued a Juris Doctorate at University of California Davis School of Law (“King Hall”), where he was awarded a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence. While at King Hall, Mr. Lang also served as the president of Advocates for Youth Justice and an editor of the Social Justice Law Review.
As an associate at Langenkamp, Curtis, Price, Lindstrom & Chevedden, Mr. Lang started his legal career representing California teachers in various employment matters arising under federal and state law.
At Falakassa Law P.C., Mr. Lang now represents individual employees in their claims of wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, and harassment in violation of the Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”) and other state and federal laws. Mr. Lang also assists with wage and hour class actions and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”).
